WHAT IS HYPNOSIS INDUCTION?

During hypnosis, the focus is on inner perception; the so-called induction of a hypnotic trance is brought about through suggestions or autosuggestions. The patient becomes more receptive to their feelings and completely blocks out the outside world; the prefrontal cortex and their mental processes begin to function. Hypnotherapy activates this state of consciousness and the development of a new inner "assumption," thus creating a different reality.

The hypnotist, also known as the subject, induces auto- or self-hypnosis (induction), and the patient enters a trance in a state of deep relaxation, similar to sleep paralysis. To end the trance, the patient is given conscious instructions and suggestive suggestions that are passed on to the subconscious mind (exduction).

Suggestions that continue to have an effect after waking up from hypnotherapy are called post-hypnotic suggestions.

Hypnotherapy is a scientifically based form of therapy. Children and adolescents generally respond well to hypnotherapy. Hypnosis is very effective in helping with concentration problems and behavioral problems. It activates the cerebral cortex, resources for processing information, and cognitive functions.

The focus of my hypnosis treatments is cause-oriented hypnotherapy. The goal is to transform the patient into positive suggestions through a changed self-image, the so-called inner monologues. Often, distorted external perception (the self-image) severely limits the patient's ability to function through selective patterns.

In this case, a hypnotic trance with hypnosis techniques is used to give the subconscious specific instructions, so-called reprogramming commands, or to specifically resolve the causes of a problem.

HYPNOSIS & STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS

Hypnosis is a collective term for altered states of consciousness (beliefs). We achieve this cognitively altered belief about ourselves in the trance state.

The state of consciousness reflects the neurological aspects of this three-dimensional world. It is an altered self-image in relation to the current situation. Hypnosis is a technique that specifically addresses the subconscious (prefrontal cortex).

HYPNOSIS IN RELATIONSHIPS/MARRIAGE.

Hypnotherapy has a positive effect on your love life. Relationship problems or long-term marriages and partnerships are a central part of our three-dimensional world. Conflicts, misunderstandings, or excessive expectations can lead to tension, jeopardizing trust and the bond with your partner, especially intimacy. Furthermore, my hypnotherapy helps you resolve unfulfilled expectations and tensions in your relationship.

HYPNOSIS FOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEMS IN RELATIONSHIPS

Expectations of one's partner and communication skills are among the 10 factors why relationships fail.

My hypnotherapy offers you the opportunity to explore these complex emotions and behaviors in my protected setting, through altered states of consciousness and targeted hypnosis techniques and post-hypnotic suggestions (PHS) that take effect after my hypnosis treatment session.

WHAT IS A POSTHYPNOTIC SUGGESTION?

Post-hypnotic suggestion refers to a suggestion given during a hypnotic trance that is intended to have an effect only at a later point in time, for example in cases of trauma or repeated behavioral patterns and reactions in interpersonal relationships.

You will learn to recognize old neurological processes and patterns that may be repeated and to deal with conflicts through suggestions or internal self-talk.

Repetitive behavioral patterns are not damage to the brain, but rather a maladaptation, a programming error in the cognitive (prefrontal cortex) information processing in the brain.
The subconscious is your cortex and at the same time an information processing program.
In addition, affirming helps you to re-sort and re-select your current conflicts and assumptions in interpersonal relationships by letting go of emotional burdens such as childhood traumas.

HYPNOSIS AND SEXUALITY:

Difficulties and problems can also be transferred to the intimacy of the partnership, and sexual problems can also have negative effects on your relationship.

MEDICAL HYPNOSIS SEXUALITY:

Sexual dysfunction can be treated with hypnotherapy. Causes of intimacy dysfunction can include feelings of shame and aversion to certain body parts or to one's partner, showing one's body, and discussing one's needs.

Hypnosis for sexual disorders can be used for the following topics.
Dyspareunia and non-organic vaginismus, involuntary spasms of the pelvic floor muscles that quickly or completely make normal sexual intercourse impossible.
